Los Angeles Law Firm
Catanese & Wells, A Law Corporation was formed in 1989 as a Los Angeles-based law firm to provide innovative and specialized legal representation to our clients. The firm was established as a boutique-style firm allowing for upscale and personalized service to our clients with an emphasis on positive client outcomes. All of the attorneys at the firm have years of experience and training. Most attorneys have over 15 years' experience and the senior attorney, Mr. Catanese, has over 30 years' experience as an attorney. Catanese & Wells is also staffed with legal secretaries, paralegals and law clerks that support the law practice. Since Catanese & Wells emphasizes certain areas of practice, the Los Angeles law firm is well versed to provide legal services in its core areas of practice - equine law, civil and probate/estate litigation and business law.
Catanese & Wells provides superior legal services in a client-friendly environment. Our goal whenever possible is to resolve cases without extensive litigation. However, the law firm is capable of handling any type of civil, business or probate/estate litigation when necessary to protect a client's interest.
Our firm has several practice groups. These include the Equine Law Group, the Civil Litigation Group, the Estate Litigation Group and the Business Law Group. Each group interacts and reinforces the practice areas of the other groups. Catanese & Wells services Los Angeles County, Ventura County, Orange Country, San Diego County, and Santa Barbara County. Our Equine Practice Group services clients both throughout California and nationally.
With offices in Westlake Village, California (between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara) Catanese & Wells is able to provide personal assistance to clients in need of legal services in Southern California. The law firm also represents clients throughout the state of California and nationally in connection with its Equine Practice Group. The Los Angeles lawyers for the firm are licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in California.
